I know this is late... but it is worth the wait. The Chalk Art Festival works wonders for Utah Foster Care. These great people have come up with an amazing way to raise awareness about foster care and promote the arts. I wanted to do shots with the artist so that way there is a face to the work. For all of those in the same boat I'm in... this organization is everything.
